Space Elevator phases and delivery costs
The Space Elevator is the project the whole game builds toward. Each phase asks for a set of Space Elevator parts; delivering them opens the next tiers of milestones in the HUB. The last phase finishes the project.
The parts get more complex from phase to phase, so each phase makes a good goal for a new factory. A line that makes them at a steady rate beats feeding them in by hand.
